Klingon is a constructed language created by linguist Marc Okrand for the 'Star Trek' franchise. It is spoken by the Klingon characters in the series and movies. Klingon has a unique sound system, complex grammar, and a developed vocabulary. It has a dedicated following, with works of literature translated into Klingon and even a Klingon Language Institute.
